The conference is being held at the international Applied Scholastics Educator Training Institute in Spanish Lake, Missouri. You should plan to arrive in St. Louis (airport code STL) no later than Thursday, July 16 and make your departure plans for Sunday, July 19. Those wishing to stay after the conference to participate in individual meetings with executives should plan to depart on either Monday, July 20 or Tuesday, July 21. If you are traveling a great distance from outside the United States, we encourage you to plan your arrival for early Thursday morning so that you are rested for the start of the conference on Friday morning. Your conference fee includes all meals and snacks, as well as the Awards Banquet dinner, while at the Spanish Lake campus from Friday, July 17 through Sunday, July 19. Applied Scholastics has a large dining hall to accommodate all our guests at meal time. Beverages are available throughout the day. We work hard to accommodate all special food needs and allergies; non-dairy, gluten-free and vegetarian options are available at all meals. All convention attendees should book accommodations with one of the recommended hotels provided and should also arrange to rent a car for daily transportation needs to/from the campus.

Many foreign travelers require a visa to enter the US to attend the conference and Applied Scholastics is happy to write you a letter of invitation to enter the US and participate in the conference. We will send you the invitation letter by return email.

We recommend that along with your basic personal needs, toiletries and clothing, you bring the following items with you: Laptop/tablet Power charge cords for all of your devices Power adapters (for non-US guests) Bug spray (if you anticipate spending prolonged time outside in the evenings)

Please wear comfortable clothing that is business casual. This conference will be photographed as well as video taken throughout and group photos for all attendees should be anticipated. Keep in mind that summer in St. Louis tends to be hot and humid outside with cold air conditioning inside the building, thus we recommend you bring a light sweater or jacket. The recommended dress for the Awards Banquet is business attire. Men are encouraged to wear a suit jacket and tie.
